Lower School

Foundations of Strength and Skill

Climbing, fitness, and sport skills development are just the beginning for Lower School students in PE, with a heightened focus on building dexterity, upper-body strength, and endurance. As students master motor skills and explore the fundamentals of multiple team sports, they grow in confidence, learning the importance of teamwork and cooperation. Through sports and purposeful play, there is an intentional emphasis on body awareness and strength, instilling a competitive spirit.
